Global Giving
In 2013, our joint venture partner, Praxair, Inc., and its employees continued to demonstrate an outstanding spirit of giving. Through Praxair's global giving program, the company contributed $6.3 million in support of large and small projects to further education, enhance local communities abilities to build resilience and capacity, promote cultural diversity, improve access to healthcare, provide disaster relief and preserve and protect the environment around the world. Making our planet more productive includes engaging with and supporting Praxair’s global communities.
Our global giving program is conducted consistent with Praxair's Standard of Business Integrity (on Praxair's U.S. website) and all applicable laws. Working with United Way Worldwide, Praxair will continue to ensure that our international gifts meet this standard.
